My jeep, purchased from Palmer, has 78,000 miles and... My jeep, purchased from Palmer, has 78,000 miles and needed $4K of transmission work. I resent that you charged me for a rental car then gave me one with decals all over it implying that it was a courtesy car. It was basically covered in lies. Not Cool.

I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and they hadn't even... I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and they hadn't even started on the car so I left. I had previously called for an appointment but was told I didn't need one for an oil change. If you are trying to bring your customers back to the dealership for service, this is absolutely NOT the way to do it.

I came in to this dealer for a brake fluid flush and... I came in to this dealer for a brake fluid flush and ending up spending over $1000 on various other services including brake pads and rotor resurfacing. I know they were upselling me but in the midst of Covid I figured they could use the business and I was about to take the vehicle on a trip down to the Georgia coast. They will treat you like you are stupid and act like... They will treat you like you are stupid and act like you’re inconveniencing them and if you don’t want to pay for service you don’t need they will try to make you service it anyway and give you a high price quote because their technicians need to make a living.

Terrible.... Was told the back of the truck locks and... Terrible.... Was told the back of the truck locks and works fine, put my golf clubs in there and now it won’t unlock and now have bent both my keys trying to get the back unlocked. CLOWNS

The brake fluid,power steering fluid and air filter I had... The brake fluid,power steering fluid and air filter I had changed were recommended maintenance from my last visit and I had been quoted 149.95,159.95 and 38 dollars as cost.I showed my quoted cost to Thomas and he said “he checked the cost and everything is ok” what I got charged was189.95+189.95+39.95. I dropped off my Jeep on Dec 7th for an issue with the... I dropped off my Jeep on Dec 7th for an issue with the auto start/stop. They said give them a few days, so on the 10th not hearing anything I called them and they told me oh its ready..ok? Were you not going to call...I questioned them when I picked it up, that the battery was just replaced by them in April/May...was it the same issue, the gentleman checking me out said, you can read it on the invoice, what you cant tell me? Went in for an oil change and left with a $600 bill, a... Went in for an oil change and left with a $600 bill, a full 24 hours later. I was quoted around 4K for a service (service was needed, so this was fine) however, I took my car to a mechanic and asked for the same exact service and was presented a bill for 1K. I have taken my wrangler to Palmer since I had it however, I will never be back after this experience.
