April 3, 2021- I came in to get my front brakes replaced.... April 3, 2021- I came in to get my front brakes replaced. I asked if I needed new rotors as well. Hiram said no, the mechanic would cut my rotors down and just put the new brake pad on the cut down rotors. They recommended many additional services, but I only moved forward with the brake fluid flush. As soon as I left the dealership lot my ABS light came on. The communication between my sales representative was... The communication between my sales representative was excellent. He kept me updated on the order of my Wrangler 4xe. He also had great customer service throughout the entire process. Once arrived the buying process was great with the Richard (finance guy) as well. Overall it was a great experience!
