What a ripoff. The dealership should’ve covered the repairs. I wrote an email to the vice president of the dealership and got no response. Unacceptable.

I resent that you charged me for a rental car then gave me one with decals all over it implying that it was a courtesy car. It was basically covered in lies. Not Cool.

If you are trying to bring your customers back to the dealership for service, this is absolutely NOT the way to do it.
