This last visit I certainly felt as if I was taken advantage ($ wise) due to my lack of knowledge. After approving additional services my vehicle was completed within 20min of me spending $200+ additional in cost. Did it even get done? I’m not sure. My car was at the dealership for 5 days and all they did... My car was at the dealership for 5 days and all they did was a software update. I only received one phone call during this time. I had to check up on it myself. Not even 10 minutes after leaving the dealership my car was doing the exact thing that I took it there for.
