Taillights not working. Rear parking sensors not working. Several dents and front bumper has several large holes drilled into it near the frame.

What I did not appreciate is the technician trying to push an unnecessary $200 service. It was a typical scam attempt, and customers should not feel like they are being ripped off. The vehicle is still fairly new, under warranty, and I'm proficient enough in automotive technology to fix the recommended service myself by simply cleaning parts for less than $10.
