The Jeep was brought in for service and for a replacement... The Jeep was brought in for service and for a replacement boot on the sway arm. The appointment was postponed for a week to get parts. When the Jeep was brought back in for service, no parts were ordered. This is not the first time this has happened. Very dissatisfied.

Poor communication, lack of follow up and even if there’s a mistake they won’t return your call. They only want your money. The sign outside their dealership about consistently is misguiding, because you can also be consistently bad.
