Worst experience in my life. 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change when I was told the day before that if I got there before 7:30 AM they would have me in and out in 45 minutes. No one even apologized for the wait. I was at the dealership ar 7:20AM. Just Pathetic I missed two appointments due to their total incompetence

So, 2 weeks after taking delivery I had to take it in for service where I live. Also, I cannot get anyone to call me back about my paperwork. My temporary tag is about to expire and my paperwork hasn't shown up at my local tag office.
The price for the service was significantly different... The price for the service was significantly different than what was advertised on their website. When this was brought to the service writer’s attention he said they knew the website was wrong but I would have to take it up with the service manager who wasn’t there. They would listen to my wife who took my Wrangler in and only believed me when my wife called and handed over her phone. There were other problems as well which just made this a terrible experience.

They said they fixed it multiple times but the errors continued to present themselves after driving a mile off the lot. Horrible!!! Was charged for a tire rotation and the... Horrible!!! Was charged for a tire rotation and the rotation was not done on the vehicle. Was given a cash refund… pretty shady business practices. Luckily I didn’t call my lawyer on the news for the charged service. Still have not received a call from the service manager as requested. Shame on you service department.
