This is purely for the service center. This is purely for the service center. Everyone was nice enough. Communications is poor at best. No one answers phones. They text you instead. Super unprofessional to text me updates. Didn't answer point blank questions. Just disappointing. Will look for another dealership to do my business with.

This dealership has disappointed me multiple times. This dealership has disappointed me multiple times. This time my 4 year old car had major engine issues. Jeep is unreliable and extremely disappointing. From the date I purchased this car I have had issues with the dealership and my car. Enraged now, I will let everyone I know that Jeep is an unreliable brand.
Very arrogant! Very arrogant! Would assume things before listening to the end of client's concerns. Would not show video to the mechanic instead again assuming his own solution. Did not help with rental car and was very rude and persistent about it. He could have just informed the client that it is their right to rent on their own. The customer service representative that contacted me was The customer service representative that contacted me was extremely polite and seemed to want to help. The problem still exists. They sold me the vehicle with the transmission leaking and didn't fix it. There wasn't a charge when I picked up the Jeep, but why would there be? I am not happy with this purchase. Buyers remorse.
