I felt they were helpful. I felt they were helpful. When they didn't have a car I could use, while my car was being serviced, they provided an Uber driver for me. That was a great experience. The service itself was done well and everything was thoroughly explained when we picked up the car.
I brought my jeep last week with the issue of headlights I brought my jeep last week with the issue of headlights turning on and off by themselves. Only to return to the dealer for the same issue. I paid over $600 and I do not plan to pay any more than that. There’s no reason why I need to come back. The part was only less than 200 and the labor was over $400.

When we went to service to understand what was going on, they said that Andrew had gone on break and that the vehicle had been ready for a while. When I buy a new Jeep, which we will soon, I will not be coming back to Palmer. Get your act together.
