Issue has never been resolved after being in their shop 3 Issue has never been resolved after being in their shop 3 times. It’s an easy fix, they just refuse to do it. I have a 2022 Wagoneer and they should fix anything needed with no questions. Also, when I picked up my jeep after the last service it was filthy. Inside and out but especially the outside.

My service writer was great. My service writer was great. No complaints there. My repair took an extraordinary about of time and my vehicle came back trashed, empty and with fresh significant damaged scratches and dings. And that's after I took the time to have their loaner cleaned for them. Not happy with that.

Kim in service is awesome! Kim in service is awesome! However, the issue I keep bringing my Wagoneer in for has never been resolved. I have sent videos of the issue happening. They still don’t bother to order the part I need. Plus, my vehicle was filthy when I got it back. Inside and out. I am super frustrated and disappointed in Jeep.
Significantly overcharged me. Significantly overcharged me. I pointed it out when I picked up my truck and was told prices had gone up. When I gave them a negative review on their internal survey, they called and refunded me $185.
Management could not be trusted. Management could not be trusted. They lied about inspections, we had to ask for the paperwork each time, they indirectly called us liars. We had pictures to prove the issues and of course couldn’t repeat it. Yet we turned on the car and bingo there was the issue. They lied about previous history of the car. I not only would never recommend this place to anyone , I have nothing but strong negative experience.
