I would have to say stay away from this dealer for any... I would have to say stay away from this dealer for any used vehicle. I purchased one online and was assured that there were no issues with it. I'm very particular and explained that prior to the purchase since I wasn't able to see our inspect it in person prior to the purchase. After purchasing the vehicle and receiving it there were many issues that weren't disclosed and tried contacting multiple different people at the dealership with no response from any of them.

Here's an example: I was given an estimate of $140.00 for replacing a headlight on my 17 Grand Cherokee but the final bill came to $326.23! More than twice the quoted pricing.

It seem to start out good, but then he lost his cool when I asked questions and whys, as a service manager you deal with many problems and issues but to never tell a paying customer of thousands of dollars that you don’t want to work on a car or truck because you didn’t fix it right the 1st time. But thank for almost killing me by not tightening up my starring nut 😩 you went from a 90 to failing. Because you made it seem as if it was my fault 😔, thanks!
I have taken my car here for years. Ill take it for... I have taken my car here for years. Ill take it for service n 2 weeks later I will have to take my vehicle back for the same issues. I just had a transmission put in and I really hope that I don't have to go back in 2 weeks. We will see.
