Told them my windshield wipers weren’t working,... Told them my windshield wipers weren’t working, dealership said they were. Guess what? They’re not. Thanks for wasting my time. Staff was friendly at least
Worst Service I ever had on any car I've owned (35 years) 1st service (oil change and tire rotation) of our new jeep and the service tech used a air gun to tighten the wheel nuts on my $56K jeep. No torque wrench was used! When I asked the service advisor he said they only have 90 psi for the air gun and all dealers do it that way! I stated you could have 90 psi and still have the air gun over torque the lug nuts. I asked them to torque the lug nuts properly. Unbelievable thieves I have purchased four jeeps from this dealership over the last ten years, and was a loyal customer until this week when I brought my jeep in because my rear tail light was not working. Palmer Dodge diagnosed the problem and determined that I needed a new rear tail light assembly, which they quoted as costing $751 to replace. I have had the worst experience here. I bought a new... I have had the worst experience here. I bought a new redeye hellcat that I've had some issues with and these guys, with the exception of a few, are terrible. My brother also bought a trackhawk from palmer. When we got there and the salesman saw us, he handed us off to the youngest salesman there.
