Staff not wearing masks!!...when picking up the car,... Staff not wearing masks!!...when picking up the car, alarming fumes coming out of exhaustion tube made personnel come out of their office. Mr Murray provides good customer service.

Came and told that I needed $1k in tires and would be a while b4 they could look at car. Had to get ride home. Called several hours later. Couldn't find problem. Called again. Still couldn't find problem. One week later, low oil light came on and backup camera not working again.
won't be back Your dealership charged me $166 to diagnose a problem that this dealership cause to my car. Your estimate to fix this the problem was $766, got it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing for less than $300. Needless to say I won't be doing business with this dealership again, and I certainly won't be recommending your dealership to anyone.
Absolutely awful!!!! Everything was good when ordering... Absolutely awful!!!! Everything was good when ordering car and getting it delivered but had a spot they said would fix and never have heard back. We are out of state from purchase and was told to get estimate and they would fix. Well have estimate and everything else and keep getting run around about what to tell dealership who is paying for it. Have all the text message exchange and tired of messing with you about it.

Went in for a simple oil change. Everything was pleasant... Went in for a simple oil change. Everything was pleasant until checkout. My vehicle was mixed up/mistaken for someone else’s and my receipt had someone else’s name on it. Hiram told me my service wasn’t affected, only the paperwork. Now I’m not so sure because I’m having issues with my vehicle ever since. I believe additional/unnecessary service was performed in my vehicle and it’s overheating after 10 minutes of driving and that wasn’t happening before😡😡😡
Brought the Wrangler in for wandering steering issue but... Brought the Wrangler in for wandering steering issue but they said it was normal for jeeps to not stay in center of lane. They said the mechanic drove on hwy but only a few miles on the odometer from when I dropped it off. Not enough to make it to GA400. Left that dealership and drove straight to another. Palmer is great for oil changes but the mechanics are not good enough for Jeep loyalist.

Already having to replace the back tires, because the tread is gone. The sales manager hung up the phone on me when I asked him about it. Once you buy the car from them your screwed.. underwhelmed not even sure all the work I requested was done. I requested oil change, tire rotation, and to set air pressure on tires, as I had uneven distribution. All but the front passenger side tire were overinflated, front passenger under inflated. I got in my jeep, no sticker reminder of when to next come in, and all my tires showed the exact same issue with inflation or under-inflation, all in the exact same spot, leading me to believe I paid for a tire rotation that didn't happen.
