Piss poor service. They lied to me about a recall part... Piss poor service. They lied to me about a recall part they had. So they wasted my time as well as their own time. Terrible.

Worst Service experience ever. They had my vehicle for 2... Worst Service experience ever. They had my vehicle for 2 days. Once I didn’t immediately agree to pay almost $500 to complete the diagnosis the advisor became rude and Manager David told me I wasn’t worth his time. This isn’t the first time they have tried to rip me off, but it will be the last

Disappointing and Incompetence I think those words some up my visit. I have had problems with my shifter not allowing me to get out of park before. I actually sent it to this dealership. The first time was 4 years after the car was built and this time was 8 years after the recall so I guess that is good. Apparently I am supposed to be happy that the tech stayed late to finish something that he missed on the first inspection. We bought a 50k truck on this place brand new, and added... We bought a 50k truck on this place brand new, and added a bumper to bumper coverage with extended warranty, hopping to never use it because the truck was new, but even before the manufacturer’s warranty was over, i had a issue with a headlight that cost over $1100.00 and I could not get it repaired. After having my car seen, was told I had a faulty... After having my car seen, was told I had a faulty transfer case. Turns out when getting a second opinion that was not the case at all. Palmer failed to find the real issue a faulty wheel bearing. Palmer wanted almost 6k for something not needed. Will not be returning.

Ppor communication I chose Palmer Dodge to handle a problem with my wife's van. We made an appointment and I was on time for that appointment. I took advantage of your driver to drop me off at work, about 3 miles away. Your courtesy driver was the highlight of my service. She did great! I had to follow-up on the status of my car the afternoon of the day I dropped it off. (I dropped off at 7:30, called at 2 PM.) After 2 rear differential rebuilds problem is worse than... After 2 rear differential rebuilds problem is worse than originally dropped I was told it was a complete rebuild by the service dept but by the parts list on receipt the carrier assy was not replaced I participated in repair by paying a certain portion and was told I had a 2 year unlimited mileage warrant on rebuild I set and made an appt with district warranty guy who rode with me and pretty much told me he didn’t see any problems and would have to find another 201... read more

Unnecessary work I came in for an oil change. That's all. But Hiram, the advisor, said it would be 90 minutes for an oil change (which is absurd) and that my vehicle, a 2013 Dodge Durango, needed new plugs at 86,000 miles (which would take just about 2 1//2 hours). This was either a lie or he was mistaken. According to the maintenance schedule, which I reviewed after I got home and became suspicious, is at 48,000 and 96,000 miles. Very deceptive and dishonest Took my daughter's 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change. Hiram Morales called my daughter and said a power steering fluid service was needed and would cost $159.95. I told my daughter to tell him OK as long as I could use a 10% off on vehicle service coupon from the Palmer Dodge website. Hiram said OK. When I go to pick up the jeep, the price is still $159.95.
