My service at Palmer missed the mark in so many ways.... My service at Palmer missed the mark in so many ways. From the horrible arrival/checking process, to the discussions and ultimate non-resolution of the services I needed done, to the lack of a loaner car (even though I had reserved it online), I was frustrated and underwhelmed from the moment I arrived until I drove off the lot. I will never take my Jeep back to Palmer for service.

Car Salesman telling you anything to get the sale Bought a car last Monday -- took 2 days for them to "replace the soft top" given all the GA pollen. Car arrived with just as dirty a top -- not a new one for sure -- Salesman wouldn't return my calls -- Not the experience you want when you buy a new car -- took a lot of the joy out of the new car that I've been saving for years for -- Don't use this group.

Told them my windshield wipers weren’t working,... Told them my windshield wipers weren’t working, dealership said they were. Guess what? They’re not. Thanks for wasting my time. Staff was friendly at least
Worst Service I ever had on any car I've owned (35 years) 1st service (oil change and tire rotation) of our new jeep and the service tech used a air gun to tighten the wheel nuts on my $56K jeep. No torque wrench was used! When I asked the service advisor he said they only have 90 psi for the air gun and all dealers do it that way! I stated you could have 90 psi and still have the air gun over torque the lug nuts. I asked them to torque the lug nuts properly. Chad Thomas was great!!! Very helpful and easy to work... Chad Thomas was great!!! Very helpful and easy to work with. He was patient and kept in touch. The Finance mgr on 3/07/2020 was rude and almost made me change my mind about making the purchase. My bank associate experienced the same rudeness when she called and spoke with the finance department. They were not willing to help and seemed as if they did not want the business.
