Very bad oil change experience I purchased a 3 oil change package. 6 months later when I attempted to get the 2nd oil change I was told the person who sold me the original package no longer works there and that he inappropriately charged me for the oil changes. As a result there is no record of me ever purchasing the oil change package. I pushed back and was treated like a liar. Disappointed The guy that checked us in was rude and uncaring. The estimate for my repair was unreasonably high - $6000. When he called me to discuss, the other man could not answer questions about the repair other than “thats what the mechanic told him”. I even bought the jeep at Palmer. After this- I get e mails asking me if I want to trade it in. Seems almost coordinated. Disappointing

Poor service 0 stars because 1 is too much maybe. So far 2 bad experiences with them. 1. I had to deal with some Jeep transmission issues, where one of the guys told me to come back and someone will drive my car around to find out what the issue is. I offered to pay the $100 /hr fee and all that. The appointment was scheduled, and later I got a call back from them telling me to take it to another dealer because they won't do that.... 2. Opportunistic selling practices I realize that I am not the normal customer. I wanted a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and they had one on the lot with the exact option list in the color I wanted. I also wanted to pay cash. I found it online and while there are five Jeep dealers within an easy drive, Palmer is closest and seems to do a thriving business. Unhappy customer I brought car in 2 times for bad tire sensors They still were not replaced! Told tired need to be inflated to 40# Yet when I pulled out they are Inflated to only 34# Sensors still not working!!!

Not good work Took a month to fix my transmission. I had to pay for the month long rental car that was over $1000.00 Paied to get my oil change and they did not have air pressure filled, I had to fill it myself After they had it for a month the car was dirty and had orange residue on the back left, they did not have the courtesy to clean it. Wish I had gone to another dealer

“Express Oil Change” Pull into the express oil change area for the first oil change and tire rotation. I am told that i am the 2nd car. An hour and a half later.... truck is ready. Buy full synthetic oil and service sticker says come back in 5000 miles.

Watch out ! For Hidden charges and bad financing terms Found my perfect jeep online. Lee , in the sales department did a good job with the negotiations of the sale. The finance department at best is shady with hidden charges, fees not on first bill of sale when negotiating and they offer bad financing rates and terms. When asking questions , DJ talks down to you as if your questions are not important. Difficult to deal with Everything take too much time , and not competitively priced and not following up on the status of the work no detailed explanation why the warranty is not honored had to elevate the cases etc not pleasant experience
