Unnecessary work I came in for an oil change. That's all. But Hiram, the advisor, said it would be 90 minutes for an oil change (which is absurd) and that my vehicle, a 2013 Dodge Durango, needed new plugs at 86,000 miles (which would take just about 2 1//2 hours). This was either a lie or he was mistaken. According to the maintenance schedule, which I reviewed after I got home and became suspicious, is at 48,000 and 96,000 miles. Very deceptive and dishonest Took my daughter's 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change. Hiram Morales called my daughter and said a power steering fluid service was needed and would cost $159.95. I told my daughter to tell him OK as long as I could use a 10% off on vehicle service coupon from the Palmer Dodge website. Hiram said OK. When I go to pick up the jeep, the price is still $159.95. Hiram then proceeds to talk in circles saying the 10% coupon cannot be used because it has a max value of $200. This makes no sense sin... read more

Poor service and diagnostic work over last few years.... Poor service and diagnostic work over last few years. Won’t be revisiting or owning a Jeep again. Issue wasn’t diagnosed properly while under warranty. Now entire transmission needs to be replaced

Terrible Communication Communication was absolutely horrible. Two voicemails and one text directly to the gentleman assigned to me went completely unanswered. They had to order parts but never called to let me know but they did not let me know that the car would not be ready that day. It was only when I called the main number and explained that we wanted to take the car out of town but didn't know when it would be ready did Roberto finally call me back. It took quite a few calls to get someone to actually pick... It took quite a few calls to get someone to actually pick up the phone instead of putting me on hold continuously without saying a word. Then they sent me a reminder that was incorrect date. In person they were very polite. However my issue has not been fixed and I cannot get a return call

Wasn’t honest about how the FCA friends and family... Wasn’t honest about how the FCA friends and family discount. Told me my employer’s discount was better which was NOT true. I am pissed about this and regretting buying here.

same problem 13000 miles in jeep - y'all had for two days for a fuse!! Jut got in car this morning, same thing wrong! I cannot be without a car - I am a Realtor.

Urgent reply required I am very displeased with the service I received from your employees in Your Service Department. Last weekend, on Friday January 3, my car, Renegade Latitude suddenly stop running in a highway and would not restart until 10-15 minutes later. Luckily we were driving next to the shoulder lane, otherwise a horrible accident would have occurred at 70 miles per hour.
