“Express Oil Change” Pull into the express oil change area for the first oil change and tire rotation. I am told that i am the 2nd car. An hour and a half later.... truck is ready. Buy full synthetic oil and service sticker says come back in 5000 miles.

Watch out ! For Hidden charges and bad financing terms Found my perfect jeep online. Lee , in the sales department did a good job with the negotiations of the sale. The finance department at best is shady with hidden charges, fees not on first bill of sale when negotiating and they offer bad financing rates and terms. When asking questions , DJ talks down to you as if your questions are not important. Difficult to deal with Everything take too much time , and not competitively priced and not following up on the status of the work no detailed explanation why the warranty is not honored had to elevate the cases etc not pleasant experience

They cheated my wife and unauthorized work They estimated a spark plug change at $150 when they knew it would well over $400. They performed a rear differential service that was not authorised and then tried to tell me that they authorised it in a text. When I read the texts, there was no indication of request or authorisation. The service agent and manager are both dishonest and tried to cheat my wife. I’ve recovered the cost of the differential but will be seeking additional recovery for the defrauding in the estimate.

Service Simply could have wiped the calipers when rotating the tires and I would have given top scores. Cleaning the wheels would have been nice too.

Dawn is very nice and tries to help Brought car in to get updated software. Waited 2 hours to find out the Tech thought the right software was already installed. 2 days later clock and map went off so called Connect again and was directed to the online place to check for updates. There was the update and I downloaded it to a thumb drive and installed myself. Very unimpressed.

Rude, no paperwork provided This dealership seems to have a cultural issue with being polite to their customers. While I was treated poorly in service my girlfriend went to the waiting room and returned with the first thing she said being how rude the employees are. On top of this the service department did not return parts they replaced upon request, scheduled transmission work when the transmission expert was on vacation, and has not provided paperwork for the last 2 visits. Poor visit You sent me an oil change and tire rotation coupon by e-mail for $59.95. So,when I got ready to pay the bill your service lady told me it was $99.48 because I did not bring the coupon. When I got home I looked at the coupon and it says nothing about must bring the coupon. It says my dealer has all the information on service on my vehicle and expires on 11/30/19. Unprofessional and untrustworthy worst buying experience I have ever had. If it weren’t for the Jeep being a gift for my daughter (who had her heart set on this specific one) I would not have purchased here. Staff was unprofessional (including management). made my wife and kids feel uncomfortable. Sales person was unknowledgeable and pushy. Finance lied about finance rates. Will not recommend. Will never shop here again.
