They don't seem to want more business It's like this dealership doesn't want people's money. It's bizarre! I have purchased a vehicle here and have taken vehicles in for service for a number of years. But for the second time now over the past six months, I have tried to schedule something with their service department and been told that they are "so slammed" that I will have to leave my vehicle for up to three days! 3 strikes and out It is a long story, but work under 3year/36,000 mi started in 2018, again in early 2019 and now in Sept 2019...aprox 12 days total in their shop and they still have not fixed the issue (driver seat heat) saying it works normal! The Mgr of the svc dept has not responded either to a detailed complaint...maybe he is researching the 3 svc activities on this vehicle...maybe not...time will tell.

Service 9.18.2019 My experience at Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on 9.18.2019 (drop off day) (Pick-up 9.23.2019) was very poor. Service Manager was not helpful or professional. I brought my Ram for service (under warranty) there was a discrepancy on a "shop fee" and I was unable to get the service manager to return my call. I feel robbed. The car was driving perfectly fine. We took it in for a tempt light that came on when AC was on and the car was idling. After keeping the car for 3 days and not hearing back - I called. Mechanics were gone for the day at 4:30pm and no diagnosis had been made. I get a call first thing in the am to let me know the master cylinder had gone bad. I was Charged 500 to diagnose after chip didn't reveal a problem. Service center is awful Will never go back I went this past week and they wanted to charge $400.51 for a battery and to reset the modules. I went to pep boys right down the street they did it all for $177 with a three year warranty!

Not a happy customer Salesman was great, very friendly. However 3 days after my purchase the check engine light came on, with a stored code for a number 6 injector failure. Contacted Dan, he said take it to the nearest BMW and see what the problem was. Called him from the dealer told him the injector had to be replaced. He said he would talk to whoever, never got back with me while I waited at the dealer so I left the car for repairs. Not A Fan This wasn't the ideal experience. Hard sale on a oil change package and when I refused I got attitude. When I came to pick up my truck, they lost my key and filed my paperwork under the wrong name. Took them 20 minutes to find my key. They are not organized or timely in my opinion.

Oil change took 90 minutes when they quoted it would take 45 I got to the dealer at 2:20 which is supposed to be the slow time after lunch before after work crowd my rep said it would take 45 min . They texted 90 min later saying car was ready . My rep said sorry she was busy with a warranty issue. Do my car was ready but no one else could text me ?
