I went in for an abnormal noise that has not presented I went in for an abnormal noise that has not presented itself in a few days. I was told they would not charge me if nothing was found. The service tech came back with a body creak noise that was not of my concern. The vehicle has >175,000 miles. Of course if creaks. Since they found an issue, irrelevant of my primary concern, I was still charged $200. Shameful to charge me for something that never needed to be addressed.

I will never use Palmer Dodge for any more service work on any of my vehicles, and I will never buy another vehicle from there again either.
