Took my Jeep in for a recall for the Uconnect system. Took my Jeep in for a recall for the Uconnect system. Recall DID NOT fix the problem. Uconnect will not automatically switch from day to night mode.

I am getting my car back to dealership 3rd time and the I am getting my car back to dealership 3rd time and the problem is still not fixed. It's been over 2 months since I am not able to operate the car. I get the car back saying the problem is fixed and the problem resurfaces right back. To make it worse, this dealership is out of rental vehicle most of the times. Very frustrating. However, the service advisor - Luis has been very good in communicating back quickly and doing what he can.

Done here. Done here...not going to subject myself to bad service anymore. I was there for an oil change and was told everything was checked and my car was good. Less than 2 weeks later I'm back with a fried battery that would have been noticed if it really had been checked! Then I wait 2 hours only for the service guy to be chatting it up with another person instead of calling me while my car just sat there ready for me to pick it up.

Was not a great experience at all. Was not a great experience at all. I ordered 3 specific services and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, additional service was on the invoice and the charge for it was expensive. I did not ask for this specific service and the representative checking me out was not willing to listen to me or remove the charge. There wasn’t even any options for credit on my next scheduling maintenance to mitigate the error made. Overall very unfortunate situation.

Bad in so many ways! Bad in so many ways! Simple oil change, rotation, 23 pt inspection. First attempt - only oil change was performed. David was very responsive and offered to correct it at my earliest convenience. 2nd attempt, his staff had no urgency and only perform the tire rotation. I asked the tech about the 23pt inspection, he said he didn't do it, but then changed his story when David asked him and made up some vague results.
