Terrible service They are RUDE everytime you call or enter the service department. I use them for my oil changes because they gave me 4 free oil changes. Everytime it is a hassle with them. Lastly, coming in for my fourth and FINAL free oil change, they claim that their technicians are all gone today (@530pm) and that they only work 8-5. Yet they state that they only do walk ins for oil changes and open til 8?? So glad to be done with them! It is literally almost not even worth to get the last change.
Charlie Foxtrot After making an appointment and having no less than three calls from Palmer confirming my appt, got to the dealership to be told 'they don't have appointments'. Avoid Palmer They will love to take your money when you are purchasing a car. They will get you in and out extremely quick...but prey to God you don't need any service work. Palmer Dodge has probably the worst service center ever. I am not sure what is going on in there but they are understaffed and extremely rude. Don't expect a phone call back from any of the staff. Heck don't expect to get your car back anytime. Avoid this dealership. Buying process will be great but service center SUCKS!
Worst customer service ever. If you are selling your car, don't bring it there for an appraisal. I had a horrible experience. Very unprofessional handling, the sales consultant (Jay Starks) and his other colleague that buys cars, were both very arrogant.
Terrible Customer Service I went to Palmer CDJ in Roswell (& Ed Voyles in Marietta) with an oil leak in the engine of my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which is covered by a lifetime powertrain warranty. I bought this vehicle new and it is still covered under warranty. They both told me it had to start dripping AND that I would have to provide documentation of every oil change I have ever had since I bought it. Help for a customer My husband came up to Palmer Dodge today looking for a vehicle in the rain. He was ready to buy! After walking around for 15 mins. no one came to ask him if he needed help. He then walked inside . Everyone was surfing on their cells. He had to walk up to them and ask if they worked there. One replied," ugh yeah", he preceded to tell them what he wanted, and one replied " Naugh we don't have anything like that. Not sure what has happened Bought a used vehicle. Price shown on windshield was not what I was given when the paperwork came out. The visible price became the "if you financed price". I agreed to finance, and the paperwork still came back with the higher price. The County taxes were also incorrect. Finally resolved, I asked the car to be delivered to my address as I was out of time (2 hrs at dealership). Sales person, who previously agreed on a drop off, agreed again. Should have listened to my mechanic I went there to test drive a 2006 Volvo wagon. I noted that the a/c controls were set all the way over to max cold. I thought it was just because the car was hot from sitting in the sun all day. When I tried to adjust the setting the a/c didn't control the temperature. I took it to my mechanic for a pre purchase check and mentioned this had happened. Took my money then left me hanging I was an out of town buyer and had to rely on the salesman for complete report on the condition of the vehicle purchased. Per purchase I couldn?t say enough good stuff, great communication, great response, very helpful. Both the salesmen and I somehow overlooked the fact that both front rims were bent.
