Concerning Purchasing a vehicle from Palmer was efficient and I thought a great process until I realized I had left a CD in the vehicle that I traded in and needed that CD for school. I called Dan the salesman and explained the situation and he said he would check the car and mail it to me. While I realize leaving the CD in the car was 100% my fault, I cannot get a response from Dan now that we have left the dealer with our purchased vehicle. Beware I chose to have my vehicle towed to Palmer Dodge partially because it wouldn't start (it was showing low voltage on the dashboard gauge) but mainly because there were 2 safety recalls that needed attention (real axle and driver airbag inflator). After running the $140 diagnostic, I am told I need a new catalytic converter and O2 sensors - $2,300, but they can have it ready the next day. Greedy, High Fees, Terrible Dealer Would avoid this Dealer! Have extremely high Dealer Fee $799, Some BOGUS $190 Fee, and High Tag and Title Fee for a Florida of $390. They are not willing to work with you much on price. This is truly a greedy, terrible place to buy a used car. BEWARE!!!

Stay away Run as fast as you can from this place! Drove 141 miles to purchase 2018 Tundra. Upon arriving and walking around vehicle we noticed significant bumper damage requiring a body shop to repair. Dealer insisted they did not know bumper was damaged and if I paid more money they would make repairs and deliver to me. NOT!!!! Didn't want my business because of financing I had about one of the worst experiences that I have had a dealership since I have been buying cars. Salesman (Jay) initially was very receptive and did everything that I asked from sending pictures and videos of the vehicle. Palmer sells car without basic SAFETY inspection. I purchased a Mercedes E350 off the Palmer Dodge lot early October, 2018. When I test drove the car I informed internet Sales Manager Mike Gebhardt the car must have tire/alignment issues. Mike said all cars ride differently and said they could do an alignment. He told me all their cars go through a safety inspection prior to making it onto the lot. Based on his word I purchased the vehicle. Terrible title& registration office Stay away. They rip you on the back end with title and registration fees that are unnecessary. They will Mail your paperwork and title to a county 600 miles away and charge you for it.
Overpriced Overpriced. Said I had a price through Costco, best price I could get there on my own was $1500 more than going through Costco auto. Worth the $60 membership fee just to buy a car. Also, was offered $6000 for my trade there, want to Carmax the next day and got a check for $8000. That puts them $3500 more than what I paid as a result of 2 hours of effort going elsewhere.
