"They just don't understand customer service" I attempted to lease a 2015 Ram from this dealership back in 2015. I spent more than 15 min on the showroom and the sales associates were more concerned about chatting with each other than even talking with me. I ended up leasing from a dealer 40 miles away who was more than happy to help me. I was told at the time that I could return the lease to any dealer, as well as told this by Chrysler Capital. "Poor experience" I have my 2015 grand Cherokee at this dealer right now. 27k miles, still under factory warranty, and a lease; they want to charge me ($350) for a defective O2 sensor wiring harness because they don't think Chrysler will compensate them for the repair. ITS A LEASE, UNDER WARRANTY!! Why would I pay to repair a defect on a lease?? Frustrated I wasted my time taking it there. Only reason I care to get it fixed is because the remote start will not work when the check engine light is on.
"RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" In January of 2015 I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 with 16000 miles for $22,000 and was issued a car fax report that showed no accidents so I bought the car. "Whine after 25 mph" Paid $75 for service to tell me whine when going over 25 mph was left rear bearing. Paid to over $300 to have left rear wheel bearing replaced. When I drove it home, the whine was still there. Took it back in, and they said it was the right rear wheel bearing and the tires. I declined because I felt they were guessing. "Stay Away...Bad Business Ethics!" "Service Department" Worst experience with a dealership. Made a 7:30 appointment 2.5 weeks ago to get my power door fixed on a T and C and an oil change, no one calls me the part was available and wants to leave it overnight for an oil change. Almost 2-weeks go by and no one calls me, however, oil is leaking over my new driveway. "Very Poor Customer Service in Service Dept." Do not take your car to get service at this dealership! I bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 about 2yrs ago at this dealership. Sales experience was good. Service is ridiculously poor since I bought the car. "Overall extremely disappointing" Made an appointment to have my 2014 Jeep patriot looked at due to engine light being on. I was told to bring my vehicle in A week later from the time that I called.
