"Long wait" I had a 9:15 appointment. The dealer service department was very busy. It took 25 minutes to drop off the car, made me late for work. They were so backed up they did not even look at the car until later the next day. They do not have a hose for a 2016 Jeep so they kept the car for the weekend. Don't schedule so many cars you can't even look at it for two days. Very poor service.
"More determination to help customers and to make money " I needed new tires on my Dodge Journey. I went to a dealership near my home but was told that they were too busy to help me and asked me to schedule an appointment in two weeks! I guess that a trained technician with tools to replace tires may take less than 30 mins. Think about car racing TV, they replace wheels within mins. "Had my car 2 months and it's still not fixed" They told me my car would take 3 weeks to have some body work done and to fix an oil leak resulting from an accident. It's been over two months that they have had my car, gave it back with the oil leak and told me that they will not fix the oil leak and that I have to go back to the original dealership where I bought the car. "Car stalls (service)" Very bad service, I took my leased car to the service, my car suddenly stalls, I was driving and stops. You said that you didn’t find the root cause so I need to wait that the problems pops up again 🤦🏻???🤦🏻???, besides this when I got the car back from the “service” you broke the sunroof so you keep it one more day to repair it and you never offer me a service car!!
"Oil change and tire rotation" I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I pay a little more at dealership but service is excellent. They also washed my car without even requesting them to do so.
"rude service department" I wont go there anymore the service department has been rude to me several times .Terrible that they don't take car of customers that spend a lot of money on vehicles.
"Service rep lies repeatedly" I scheduled my 2016 Renegade fo service because it hesitated or stalls when going from A complete stop to starting- especially during turns. The car is drivable but definitely question the safety of it. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the dealership is very busy but if I wait until Wednesday to drop it off, it should settle down. "Body shop experience " Communication was poor, cost came in almost 2x the estimate and there was never follow up from the representative even though they said they would call with updates.
