"Body shop experience " Communication was poor, cost came in almost 2x the estimate and there was never follow up from the representative even though they said they would call with updates.

"Service Appointments are Not Actual Service Appointments" I scheduled a service appointment online to drop my 2013 Jeep JKU off for trans problems I did so online, specifically stating that it was for auto trans issues. "Nice service person to talk too, lack in actual service " Had to take the jeep in for a recall and when speaking with the service person over the phone, we were told the work would take about 3 hours. Set an appointment to drop off the jeep and we were there on time 7:00am on a Friday for a 3 hour fix. 10 day later and many calls and conversations, we finally get the jeep back. "to busy for new bussiness" The sales person was to busy to take me seriously. He never listened to my needs of what i was looking in a car (which I explained several times). I asked him if he had time for me, beside he continues saying yes, he kept me waiting at his office. After all he just told me I will give you a call tomorrow. He did not even bother to check cars and prices with me. I email the manager and surprise! No response from the manager either.

"45 days to get my car back" I had a small accident and instead of choosing o good repair shop I send it to the dealer I leased it to avoid issues latter on( Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep). The car needed a new radiator, new front bumper, hood, front windshield, and new airbags! They charged the insurance $20000 almost the total value of the car, refused to give me a loaner car, and kept my car for 45 days. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!! Be ware!
"HORRIBLE!!!" Mike in sales is completely unprofessional when it comes to business! "Dealer Work" Went in to get warranty work done and they found other things that needed repair that were under warranty. Work was done over several days because parts had to be ordered.

"Terrible" Entered the lot to see what they had and found a minivan we really liked. There were some deep scratches in the paint, but I decided to test drive anyway. When I pulled out of the lot, I realized the gas tank was empty so I couldn't go far. I made an offer but the salesman told me he wouldn't budge on the price, maybe a couple hundred.
