"Car stalls (service)" Very bad service, I took my leased car to the service, my car suddenly stalls, I was driving and stops. You said that you didn’t find the root cause so I need to wait that the problems pops up again 🤦🏻???🤦🏻???, besides this when I got the car back from the “service” you broke the sunroof so you keep it one more day to repair it and you never offer me a service car!!
"Oil change and tire rotation" I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I pay a little more at dealership but service is excellent. They also washed my car without even requesting them to do so.
"rude service department" I wont go there anymore the service department has been rude to me several times .Terrible that they don't take car of customers that spend a lot of money on vehicles.
"Service rep lies repeatedly" I scheduled my 2016 Renegade fo service because it hesitated or stalls when going from A complete stop to starting- especially during turns. The car is drivable but definitely question the safety of it. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the dealership is very busy but if I wait until Wednesday to drop it off, it should settle down. "Body shop experience " Communication was poor, cost came in almost 2x the estimate and there was never follow up from the representative even though they said they would call with updates.

"Very Poor vehicle delivery prep" Footprint on front seat, screws to hold roof on were in front counsel not roof. Second key was missing, absolutely no washer fluid in reservoir

"Service Appointments are Not Actual Service Appointments" I scheduled a service appointment online to drop my 2013 Jeep JKU off for trans problems I did so online, specifically stating that it was for auto trans issues. "Nice service person to talk too, lack in actual service " Had to take the jeep in for a recall and when speaking with the service person over the phone, we were told the work would take about 3 hours. Set an appointment to drop off the jeep and we were there on time 7:00am on a Friday for a 3 hour fix. 10 day later and many calls and conversations, we finally get the jeep back. "to busy for new bussiness" The sales person was to busy to take me seriously. He never listened to my needs of what i was looking in a car (which I explained several times). I asked him if he had time for me, beside he continues saying yes, he kept me waiting at his office. After all he just told me I will give you a call tomorrow. He did not even bother to check cars and prices with me. I email the manager and surprise! No response from the manager either.
