"For the second time, dealer did not properly torque lugs..." For the second time, dealer did not properly torque lugs after wheel rotation. This happened ON TWO CONSECUTIVE wheel rotations! Dealer apologized, and offered only a free rotation to compensate, but has not offered any acceptable explanation for returning my vehicle to me in an unsafe condition...twice. Dealer also has not offered any explanation as to how this same issue will be prevented in the future. Will go elsewhere for service.

"Very disappointed with service, unprofessional people..." Very disappointed with service, unprofessional people I’m never going back again because they don’t care about costumers if they’re coming back or not.
"I took the Jeep in for them to fix the seat latch that..." I took the Jeep in for them to fix the seat latch that broke on the first day that we had the Vehicle. They told me that they couldn’t promise me that they would have it finished in a week. Over seven days for a broken seat latch that is in warranty. They suggested that we take it to another dealer that wasn’t as busy as they were. Zero stars.
"Corrected error made by other dealer" Had an oil change and tire rotation completed at another dealership where we purchased our last vehicle. The service was free as part of our purchase. The next morning my vehicle warning lights were going off and my vehicle was spewing oil. The other dealership was a 30 minute drive from my location and RHCJD was right across the street. "If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dealership tried to..." If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dealership tried to charge me $95 for a FREE multi point inspection and thought they did me a favor by lowering it to $35. I found a different local mechanic to do everything that needed to be fixed for about 50% less. I’ll never go back, and I don’t know why anyone else would either.

I brought my 2014 Town & Country in on 4/30 because the battery light and other warning lights had come on and the car had died and had to be jumped. When my wife and I brought it in I told the service advisor that I thought it could be an alternator problem and he told me that everything would be tested and checked out.
