Very poor experience with my recent work. Sadly lacking in customer service and communications. Could not get hold of anybody I’m service. Didn’t return voice messages. Service was not done as I requested
Quality of work appears to be satisfactory. Having to argue about using oil change coupons printed off of the dealers web site is getting old! Had to wait while the service advisor ok’d it with the service manager. This happens every time! Decided to have my brakes replaced somewhere else.

Having had previous experience with the body shop, they seemed to be the best place for a problem with paint blistering on the hood of my Pacifica. They came through beautifully, getting a new hood, rather than refinishing the problem hood. All under warranty......................For other service I will not go back. They get ZERO stars. On Sep. 20, 1920 I had the rack and pinion replaced at the suggestion of the service dept. although I had experienced no problems with the steering. I received my invoice but the inspection checklist wasn’t attached. I asked the Service advisor and he said he forgot to staple it, but said all was good, no issues. I gave my vehicle for an oil change and after driving for about 7 miles, I had to Jumpstart my vehicle on my driveway and left the vehicle running in idle state for more than half hour.
