At the car for two weeks didn’t do anything. This is the second time I brought it to them with the same issue said they couldn’t get codes to fix anything.

Service department useless and liars. Brad Kyle supposedly two Kyle’s One with the flu and one on vacation even though they were the technicians assigned to my daughters vehicle. These people don’t care about the safety of your loved ones and talk to you patronizing and rude.

Service experience was terrible. Took much longer than they estimated and they never called me to tell me that more time was needed. Then they performed an oil change but didn’t remove the service needed indicator, so I had to take it back to the dealership to have them reset it.

Was lied to stating they would help find the car we wanted, stated there was a hold on the car, come to find out nope no hold on the car, the sales rep just didn't want to put in the work, when they found out we had the employee discount. So we went to another dealership and they helped us with no issues and they got the sale. Will never recommend this dealership, might report to headquarters too.

My car was towed in for service repair. .. and left the same way a few months and several hundred dollars later. A local shop, unaffiliated with Chrysler, managed to fix the problem quickly and at a fair price. Still amazed that this dealer was not able to do anything to repair my car, but still charged more than $800.

Terrible service. They lie and if you are there to have you car repaired under warranty good luck! They treat you like a criminal and not a customer. Brad the service advisor is a big bull Shi#er. I will never ever buy a car from this facility or have anything done here.1st brad said nothing is wrong with my car. I told him sir my vehicle isn't shifting properly ! Financing took 9 hours, no reason for that as I’m in good credit standing and a repeat there, price went up three times, I said fine I was drained. Then the window switch went bad, took it back, given an appointment to come another day and left. During that time, now the car wouldn’t start. Just picked up my Jeep from service. Brought it home, engine making so much noise I have to have it towed back to dealership. Unbelievable.

I scheduled a service appointment, and was told that a shuttle is unavailable for my desired time. Not a problem. We brought my wife's car the night before to take it home after the service drop off. When I get there the next day, the car was full of "no parking" stickers. This despite having parked in a regular spot next to service area, away from the display row. The stickers wouldn't come off.
