My car was towed in for service repair. .. and left the same way a few months and several hundred dollars later. A local shop, unaffiliated with Chrysler, managed to fix the problem quickly and at a fair price. Still amazed that this dealer was not able to do anything to repair my car, but still charged more than $800.
Terrible service. They lie and if you are there to have you car repaired under warranty good luck! They treat you like a criminal and not a customer. Brad the service advisor is a big bull Shi#er. Financing took 9 hours, no reason for that as I’m in good credit standing and a repeat there, price went up three times, I said fine I was drained. Then the window switch went bad, took it back, given an appointment to come another day and left. During that time, now the car wouldn’t start. Just picked up my Jeep from service. Brought it home, engine making so much noise I have to have it towed back to dealership. Unbelievable.
I scheduled a service appointment, and was told that a shuttle is unavailable for my desired time. Not a problem. We brought my wife's car the night before to take it home after the service drop off. When I get there the next day, the car was full of "no parking" stickers. This despite having parked in a regular spot next to service area, away from the display row. The stickers wouldn't come off. I purchased a 2019 Ram Laramie from this dealership in May of 2022. I have already had to replace the starter, the battery, I had a bent axle, and a bent rim. I was told this vehicle was inspected and passed the certified pre-owned inspection. I find it hard to believe that this dealership took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and replace anything that was wrong with the truck.
Took 5 hours to get my oil changed. Said they had the Rotella t6 all synthetic oil I requested. Called me didn’t have the oil wanted to use a substitute, “I said no”. Called me back later s as I’d they had the oil changed. Don’t trust them not sure what oil they used. When I got truck back looked like they used old oil, as the oil on the dip stick looked black. Have a bad feeling about this service department when it comes to working on a diesel pickup.
After a grueling 2 months of a repair (mind u they had my truck in for repair longer than I’ve owned it!) i get my truck back with a crack in the lower portion of the passenger side (chrome portion) bumper. When I dropped the truck off, I locked the tonneau cover because there was no need for them to get in there and I then provided the keys that didn’t have the key to open the tonneau cover. LEMON SELLER - bought a vehicle for 40000 that needs a new transmission on day 2! Asked for my money back on day 2 they told me they couldn’t do that because the paperwork went through the state already. No vehicle for 6 weeks.......no calls no updates! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
