It took them 3 weeks to get new radio system leaving us without a car for 3 weeks with no loaner cars available. Unacceptable customer service.

"My 2008 Jeep was leaking fluid.. Service said the oil..." My 2008 Jeep was leaking fluid.. Service said the oil filter was loose and that they tightened it and cleaned the area. The charge was $55.00. I paid the bill even though Your dealership had changed the oil and filter a few weeks before. Service did not tighten the filter when they did the original oil change. ken braun
"Had to call about 7 times to try and make an appointment..." Had to call about 7 times to try and make an appointment and no one ever called me back. Scheduled a day and tone and they didn’t even touch my car the first day and didn’t call to tell me anything the first day. Second day only called to say it was done and I should pick it up now. Will not use them for service again. Women at the front desk was not wearing her mask correctly when I went in to pick up Jeep.
"Oil change service and tire rotation" Oil change service and tire rotation. Oil is leaking from the drain plug. Computer was not reset to show change. Poor follow-through. Problems were only discovered after I left and saw oil on the floor of my garage. Warning light went on to say I needed an oil change after I went home.
"For the second time, dealer did not properly torque lugs..." For the second time, dealer did not properly torque lugs after wheel rotation. This happened ON TWO CONSECUTIVE wheel rotations! Dealer apologized, and offered only a free rotation to compensate, but has not offered any acceptable explanation for returning my vehicle to me in an unsafe condition...twice. Dealer also has not offered any explanation as to how this same issue will be prevented in the future. Will go elsewhere for service.
