"I took the Jeep in for them to fix the seat latch that..." I took the Jeep in for them to fix the seat latch that broke on the first day that we had the Vehicle. They told me that they couldn’t promise me that they would have it finished in a week. Over seven days for a broken seat latch that is in warranty. They suggested that we take it to another dealer that wasn’t as busy as they were. Zero stars.

"Corrected error made by other dealer" Had an oil change and tire rotation completed at another dealership where we purchased our last vehicle. The service was free as part of our purchase. The next morning my vehicle warning lights were going off and my vehicle was spewing oil. The other dealership was a 30 minute drive from my location and RHCJD was right across the street. They got me in, fixed the problem, redid my oil change and cleaned up my engine compartment that was covered In oil in a short period of time. They sai... read more

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dealership tried to..." If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dealership tried to charge me $95 for a FREE multi point inspection and thought they did me a favor by lowering it to $35. I found a different local mechanic to do everything that needed to be fixed for about 50% less. I’ll never go back, and I don’t know why anyone else would either.

"Not great" No one greeted me by name. Guess I just expected more as a first time Jeep owner. Not friendly at all and no eye contact.

"Mis-Diagnosed" It's a shame that 0 stars isn't an option. I brought my 2014 Town & Country in on 4/30 because the battery light and other warning lights had come on and the car had died and had to be jumped. When my wife and I brought it in I told the service advisor that I thought it could be an alternator problem and he told me that everything would be tested and checked out. "Bad Oil change service " Long time customer and Chrysler retiree I had simple oil change with what should have been done with fluid top off it was not done. I am extremely unhappy with something so simple. I did contact the dealer and only got a simple sorry I feel this was inadequate.

"Unsatisfied" My Jeep Liberty had been in service for 3 days just to have Brake pads and rotor replaced. This repair should have taken at least 1hr 1/2 to 2hrs. Furthermore I will not recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at this location. .
