I purchased a 2019 Ram Laramie from this dealership in May of 2022. I have already had to replace the starter, the battery, I had a bent axle, and a bent rim. I was told this vehicle was inspected and passed the certified pre-owned inspection. I find it hard to believe that this dealership took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and replace anything that was wrong with the truck.

Took 5 hours to get my oil changed. Said they had the Rotella t6 all synthetic oil I requested. Called me didn’t have the oil wanted to use a substitute, “I said no”. Called me back later s as I’d they had the oil changed. Don’t trust them not sure what oil they used. When I got truck back looked like they used old oil, as the oil on the dip stick looked black. Have a bad feeling about this service department when it comes to working on a diesel pickup.

After a grueling 2 months of a repair (mind u they had my truck in for repair longer than I’ve owned it!) i get my truck back with a crack in the lower portion of the passenger side (chrome portion) bumper. When I dropped the truck off, I locked the tonneau cover because there was no need for them to get in there and I then provided the keys that didn’t have the key to open the tonneau cover. LEMON SELLER - bought a vehicle for 40000 that needs a new transmission on day 2! Asked for my money back on day 2 they told me they couldn’t do that because the paperwork went through the state already. No vehicle for 6 weeks.......no calls no updates! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Wait time, there is also no waiting room for customers. Asking if I wanted my jeep to be scratched or not scratched in there car wash would have been nice as well.

Scheduled an appt 2 months out in order to have a loaner. Was given my car back with the same issue after dealership had it for 2 weeks. Nothing was fixed.

I took my new vehicle in for a leaking rear heater core at 3500 miles after the dealership removed the trim panel to access the heater core I notice it was cracked by the technician after the repair was completed. After months of waiting for a new trim panel they installed the new one I received the vehicle back with dirty hand prints all over the light gray trim and headliner. WARNING: Buyers beware. Get a second opinion on any work needed on your vehicle. I took my car in for a part that I was told by the service manager was covered under warranty. I left my car only to receive a call 24 hours later that the part was not covered. The quote: 1500$ where Goodyear of Rochester quoted 600$. I'm out 154$ for them to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong but learn from my mistake. Please Please Please get a second opinion when it comes to their quotes. Took my Pacifica in for factory recall update of the stop start feature. I told the advisor the stop start was not working. The only thing I am sure was done to my car was, it was moved from the the service intake area to the parking lot on the other side of the building. My stop start still was not working and the "service" hadn't even checked the tire pressures.
