"45 days to get my car back" I had a small accident and instead of choosing o good repair shop I send it to the dealer I leased it to avoid issues latter on( Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep). The car needed a new radiator, new front bumper, hood, front windshield, and new airbags! They charged the insurance $20000 almost the total value of the car, refused to give me a loaner car, and kept my car for 45 days. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!! Be ware!
"HORRIBLE!!!" Mike in sales is completely unprofessional when it comes to business! When you state the specific car you want, I'm not trying to hear "well you should get this car, or go towards a base model" ok... that is NOT what I want and I am willing to pay whatever the lease is for a vehicle that I WANT not what you "think" is best. "Dealer Work" Went in to get warranty work done and they found other things that needed repair that were under warranty. Work was done over several days because parts had to be ordered.

"Terrible" Entered the lot to see what they had and found a minivan we really liked. There were some deep scratches in the paint, but I decided to test drive anyway. "AWFUL!!!!!!!!! Only rated one star because I had to!" Worst experience buying a car!!!!!! I was buying a new jeep, the sales person told me they could get a good deal. Then I get there and it sold.... "Lots of calls, then finally good service" I received a recall notice and called to schedule service. I was told the parts wouldn't be in until the following week, so I made an appt for 2 weeks out which Steve said should would be fine. I called the day before my appt and Steve asked if someone ordered the part for me, so I reiterated our earlier conversation. He said there were no parts in, but checked and saw one on order for me. "They just don't understand customer service" I attempted to lease a 2015 Ram from this dealership back in 2015. I spent more than 15 min on the showroom and the sales associates were more concerned about chatting with each other than even talking with me. I ended up leasing from a dealer 40 miles away who was more than happy to help me. I was told at the time that I could return the lease to any dealer, as well as told this by Chrysler Capital. "Poor experience" I have my 2015 grand Cherokee at this dealer right now. 27k miles, still under factory warranty, and a lease; they want to charge me ($350) for a defective O2 sensor wiring harness because they don't think Chrysler will compensate them for the repair. ITS A LEASE, UNDER WARRANTY!! Why would I pay to repair a defect on a lease?? Frustrated I wasted my time taking it there. Only reason I care to get it fixed is because the remote start will not work when the check engine light is on.
"RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" In January of 2015 I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 with 16000 miles for $22,000 and was issued a car fax report that showed no accidents so I bought the car.
