"Service Department" Worst experience with a dealership. Made a 7:30 appointment 2.5 weeks ago to get my power door fixed on a T and C and an oil change, no one calls me the part was available and wants to leave it overnight for an oil change. "Very Poor Customer Service in Service Dept." Do not take your car to get service at this dealership! I bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 about 2yrs ago at this dealership. Sales experience was good. Service is ridiculously poor since I bought the car.
