Very disappointing. Purchased my Rubicon from Palmer's a month ago. I wanted Rubicon with side steps because it was too tall for my kids. The sales people said parts team can help with it. They showed me options to choose from and luckily they had the side steps that I wanted in stock. They asked me if I wanted to pay out of pocket or include it in my car price deal. Individuals working in the service department lacked basic customer service skills. They were unfriendly and curt in their interactions and explanations. I was not kept up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle, rather I had to continually reach out for updates. Overall experience was unpleasant.

Very friendly staff but the issue with my car still isn't fixed. They hired an outside company to install a sunroof which isn't working and they haven't been able to get ahold of them for the past 3 weeks. Sunroof won't open at all and still have no updates.

I’m generally satisfied with the level of service received from the dealership including oil changes and repairs. But dissatisfied with technician stating during last repair visit that Wrangler water pump required replacement ($1,200). And subsequent inspection by another shop found the coolant leak was due to a loose hose clamp and not the water pump. This could have caused me to spend $1,200 unnecessarily.

Careless routine service led to returning my car with improper tire inflation in consecutive services. It seems this may be due to improper training on the newer models Jeep GC 4XE. If you cant inflate tires properly can you be trusted with other services?

Helped with the transaction but wow jay Tremblay should have taken care of my dad. Bad wheelsensors in a car should have been paid for fully.

Repeatedly makes silly errors forgetting to fill tires to correct pressure after routine servicing (my tire pressure is different front and rear). In 2 tries, they failed twice. To make matters worse, the service dept did not give me a stoing sense of concern.
