Could not be more upset with the service center. I wish I would have never bought this Wagoneer from Palmer Dodge. I have had nothing but issues with the car and would get rid of it if it was not paid off. I have never brought a car in for service where when I go to pick up the car the service center has screwed it up even more. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Kimberly in service is the only one who seems to care about helping me with my car. I could not me more upset about buying this Wagoneer from Palmer Dodge. I have had nothing but issues with the car ever since I bought it. If the car was not paid off I would get rid of it in a second.

Very disappointing experience. Apparently service advisor dont know how to her job or dont want to. Never picked my call or never gave any proper update. Her attitude was like I was getting something free from them. I dropped my car with broken window and they took 4 weeks to repair it and did nt repaired 2 damages which I specifically told them and they agreed to it. They collect sale tax and registration but they will not pay to DMV, you have to pay again. Leave message many times but no one call back and all just kept lying including girl who answer the phone. I am not sure how they stay free not in jail.

An oil change took over 2 hours. It was the first one the vehicle had and was included. The advisor asked if I wanted my tires rotated as well, but I said no, since I had done it one week prior. 90 minute later, someone comes and tells me "sorry for the wait. There was a backup in the tire garage." My question to them: "Why was it in the tire garage".....So, more than 30 minutes later (since there was still a backup in the tire garage), the tires were put back on the way the arrived and the oil and filter had been changed. They are a complete joke. They never fix the problem right the first time but go about it piecemeal, leaving you to have multiple breakdowns related to the same issue. They are the reason I now own a Honda!!!

This place is horrible and disgrace! We were not greeted and all we got was the financial manager only interested in getting the check for vehicle.

Always terrible wait time for basic service. I sat for 3 hours after my appointment waiting for an oil change. I walked to the back to see my vehicle ready to go but no one notified me as I sat in the waiting area for 3 hours. I will never return to dealership to purchase a car.

I took my wrangler in for the 19a clutch recall. Either the clutch was defective or improperly installed. Now my jeep grinds into gear, the clutch pedal vibrates very loudly, and the gear shift vibrates. The shop refused to acknowledge anything was wrong. I would never take a vehicle here again.
