As a ten year veteran of car sales for a different brand, I really despised the practices and overall experience. I purchased a three year old CPO truck with only 18k miles. Though a CPO vehicle, there was only one key provided (replacement was $280 for me out of pocket), the wiper blades were actually falling apart, no owners manual and numerous scratches in the exterior that I also paid to have buffed out at a cost of $150. So disappointed. Brought my Gladiator in for a problem a couple of months ago and paid a lot of money to get the job done right (or so I thought). Almost immediately, the problem resurfaced. I was told it was a fuse. The fuse kept blowing, so I brought it back. I was told there is another problem with the same set of wires, it'll be another $800. I was an easy buyer. Knew what I needed and did the puchase in one afternoon. BUT the truck was not cleaned at pick up or after the 2 times I had to bring it back to the dealership in the first month for service engine lights. They keep the truck over a week each time and I requested that they detail it since I had been without for longer then having had it. I was told they would. It was not.. Was barely greeted when I walked in to service department to have oil change. Not given a estimated time for oil change, so I assumed this meant it was not a long time to wait. The waiting area was very nice, my 5 year old and 6 year old enjoyed a snack while we waited. One employee that came through waiting area was very nice and kind to both myself and my kids. Purchased online. Damaged wheel was not disclosed. Vehicle was dirty when I picked it up which was disappointing, so damage was not noticed until I washed the vehicle. Vehicle delivery not offered. No follow up from Management after the sell
