I have had great experiences in the past. But my last visit was a disaster. I got a oil change and the mechanic left grease all over my door handle and on my inside wall.. They told me they could not rotate my tires because my lug nuts were stripped. The mechanic actually put indents in the middle of my lug nuts trying to get them off!!! Your service manager told me they were like that before I came in. I wash my car 3 to 4 times a week, I would have noticed them dented from previous service at Mr Tire where I bought my new ... read more

Requested key fob check,signed me up for diagnostic electrical, for 200.00 dollars. They called to say it is the key fob. I was then charged 20.00 for epa compliance. Why? The car sat on lot for 3 days, would not even rinse dust off car. When I went to start car my screen black they reset. I was really disappointed in the service and interaction with employees.

My vehicle was serviced at Palmer Dodge. The technician scratched the paint and tried to cover it up with touch up paint. When asked by the service advisor he admitted to it. At first, the service manager was willing to get it fixed using a local body shop. The shop in question cuts corners and does not do quality work. I submitted estimates from a body shop I wanted the vehicle to be repaired at. They refused. They said I would be contacted by their insurance company for repairs. That never happened. I purchased a vehicle from Palmer in March of 2024. The dealership refuses to respond me or the BBB via phone or email to resolve an issue with a vehicle purchased over the internet. Avoid this dealership, especially for internet sales.

2 hours for an oil change with appointment is really not good. If it weren't free through Jeep Wave I would have been pretty mad. I won't be back.

The service managers are great (communicate regularly, always professional) but I question the thoroughness of the techs. I had a standard oil change and tire rotation. As I was about to leave, I noticed not all of the lugnuts were tightened as part of the tire rotation. 1 was visibly loose, stuck well pass the Lug hole. It was placed by hand but never tightened. I had to get the service manager to track down a tech to fix this and to check the tech a few time to check the other wheel nuts, which he didn't. I finally got my ... read more

I was massively oversold on things that didn’t need doing. We went elsewhere and got tires and alignment for $500 less than the price you quoted, and the $4000 ‘leak’ in the radiator was nonexistent. We have been customers for nearly 30 years but won’t be coming back.
