Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and to look at my steering stabilizer. The oil change and tire rotation were fine. However I was offered a tire assessment to address my steering issue. This assessment was run without my approval. I was then told that a steering stabilizer upgrade was required- this was not under warranty

They worked with me, struck a fair deal, kept me updated as the car came in, and even arranged drivers to deliver it to me at the state line. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Palmer highly.
