I love the service department at Palmer Dodge especially Hiram. Very trustworthy and great customer service. He always acknowledges me by name as soon as I pull up.
Jim is an amazing salesman! !! Great personally, knows his stuff and caters the visit to what you want, and not something out of budget! After finding what we wanted and finished up with Jim we were sent to Chris in sales. Breaks everything down to were you understand fully what is being said and what you get out of it. This is our third time dealing with this dealership and we have always went to Jim and Chris for all of our vehicle needs.

I've had my RAM 1500 Diesel since 2021 and love it. Since then I've been coming to Palmer for oil changes and service and have not been disappointed. Recently the truck had a problem while driving with the steering, where it froze while we were in mid-turn on the highway. Locked up! Very unusual for a truck this new. Got all the warranty work done fast! Even had a loaner with a trailer hitch for me.
Mike was a pleasure to work with. Appreciate his transparency, knowledge and respect. I would highly recommend to any one purchasing a car to work with Mike.
After many attempts to resolve issues they caused . They continue to ignore me and the problem. They indicated they were committed to resolving the issues but have done nothing . Denying the warranty and the issue they caused.

Poor service, not happy with cost, assessment, or recommended items for replacement. When challenged on what was wrong, the tech changed their story. We were so unhappy with the vehicle and the service, we sold the Wrangler for a Bronco.

I continue to have issues with workmanship. They break other things why trying to fix another and that may not be fixed either. They now refuse to fix the problems they created and are ignoring my repeated messages letting them know more issues have been identified and yet the last visit
