Palmer has provided recommended maintenance for my 2019 Palmer has provided recommended maintenance for my 2019 RAM for the past two years and done a good job, completing the work in the time promised. However a recent problem with 4WD required I make an appointment which I did 4 days later. I arrived for my appointment at 8am as scheduled. Palmer was not able to look at the vehicle until the next day when they repaired the problem. Palmer would benefit from a better scheduling system for significant issues.
