Bad in so many ways! Simple oil change, rotation, 23 pt inspection. First attempt - only oil change was performed. David was very responsive and offered to correct it at my earliest convenience. 2nd attempt, his staff had no urgency and only perform the tire rotation. I asked the tech about the 23pt inspection, he said he didn't do it, but then changed his story when David asked him and made up some vague results. Poor customer service. Selling agent did not even provide temporary vehicle registration nor even explain the vehicle’s package.
Not helpful, you all were the last people to service my vehicle now my vehicle is not running and will you all will not take accountability for the damage done. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone wanting service done to there vehicle.
Im going to leave this at a one-star, but will edit it to the appropriate 5 stars as soon as I have my purchase documents emailed to me. Called numerous times, emailed a bunch, but still dont. Their technology is cool, but I never got copies of anything I signed. Once I get those, I am going to give this the proper review these gents deserve!
They told me I should make an appointment for my oil change, so I made an appointment for Saturdat at 11AM. When I got there I was told it would take an hour. I told them I was surprised because an oil change does not take an hour and I had an appointment. I was told that when they make an appointment, it is not for a time but for a place in line. Felt very rushed from the salesman. Numbers changed multiple times during the process. Customer service is not their strong suit
They tried to sell me services I did not need. My truck was not at the recommended mileage as stated in the owners manual.
Awful service with a staff that is rude and has no idea what they are doing. Will never return.
