I am getting my car back to dealership 3rd time and the problem is still not fixed. It's been over 2 months since I am not able to operate the car. I get the car back saying the problem is fixed and the problem resurfaces right back. To make it worse, this dealership is out of rental vehicle most of the times. Very frustrating. However, the service advisor - Luis has been very good in communicating back quickly and doing what he can.
I was quoted 400 for diesel fuel filter change on my 2019 Ram 2500. I was charged over 530 and that included a 10% discount.
Done here. ..not going to subject myself to bad service anymore. I was there for an oil change and was told everything was checked and my car was good. Less than 2 weeks later I'm back with a fried battery that would have been noticed if it really had been checked! Then I wait 2 hours only for the service guy to be chatting it up with another person instead of calling me while my car just sat there ready for me to pick it up.
I will not be back. I made an appointment (not fast service) for multiple items. One being to have a lightbulb changed. Lightbulb was improperly changed and it would not work. Cables to battery were improperly put back on battery causing lights to go out. If you are going to work on an automobile that will be on a highway or busy streets the least you could do is check your work to make sure everything is correct. It took a month to get my seat fixed & I felt discriminated by an employee.
Mediocre customer service. No hi,hello. No consistent follow up. Overall, mopar experience is at best ok.

Was not a great experience at all. I ordered 3 specific services and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, additional service was on the invoice and the charge for it was expensive. I did not ask for this specific service and the representative checking me out was not willing to listen to me or remove the charge. There wasn’t even any options for credit on my next scheduling maintenance to mitigate the error made. Overall very unfortunate situation.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ! Horrible horrible service kept my Jeep for 3 weeks didn’t fix anything!!! Told me part would be $450 found part at auto zone for $100 and they wouldn’t fix it and then broke the part so i couldn’t return it . Told me the part was out of my warranty but called jeep corporate myself and the part was covered by my warranty the whole time !
